Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you take phone orders?

Yes, we’d be happy to take your order over the phone, as long as you can provide a credit card number. If you would like us to ship it to you we’ll calculate shipping fees at the time you place your order.

Can you place special orders?

We are happy to place special orders on your behalf. Special orders must be pre-paid, including a nominal shipping fee for yarns. Yarn we normally stock can be special ordered in any quantity. Yarn we do not stock routinely, but are available from our featured suppliers, may be ordered. However, the entire bag must be purchased and pre-paid (usually 10, sometimes 5 skeins).

If I buy more yarn than I wind up using for my project, can I return it?

Yarn can be returned within 30 days, as long as it is unopened, unused and in like-new condition. Please save your receipts, as we will need them for verification with your return. We are sorry, but we can’t accept returns on wound yarn. Learn more about our policies.
