Knit This, Purl That is a retail yarn and knitting and crochet supply store in Livermore, CA. We are an on-line shop selling our unique knitting and crochet kits across the country, and also a store in the SF Bay Area. We specialize in very high quality yarn, needles, and accessories. Our kits feature patterns from both world famous designers and unique one-of-a-kind projects designed by our talented staff.

My husband Jim and I became the new owners of Knit This, Purl That! in January of 2012. I learned to knit at this store about 5 years before buying it and have been hooked ever since. We have been Tri-Valley residents for over 30 years and have raised our three boys here.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service (we won the customer service award from TALK OF THE TOWN in 2012) and having the best yarn selection in the area and are always bringing in new things to keep our shop up to date and current while maintaining a wonderful, diverse inventory with classic sweater yarns as well.
