Description: If you have never made Granny Squares, this is the class for you. Learn step-by-step instruction on creating Granny Squares. We will also share ideas on what other Crocheted pieces can be created now that you know how to make granny squares. We will also discuss upcoming related classes.
What you will learn: You will how to make Granny Squares, attach an edging, and turn them into a Valentine’s Day Coasters.
Class supplies needed:
- 2 contrasting colors DK to worsted weight cotton yarn
- Size G or H crochet hook and basic knitting supplies: Scissors, darning needle, locking stitch markers.
Prerequisite: Students must be proficient in Chaining, and Single Crochet
Homework: Bring or Purchase kit #229 and have yarn wound before class.
